The Brazil international remains out-of-favour at the San Siro following reports of a fall-out with coach Jose Mourinho.
However, agent Gilmar Rinaldi claims stories in the Brazilian media which suggested Adriano was set to return to Fluminese on loan in January are wide of the mark.
"It's ridiculous," he said. "There has been no meeting with them. There's no chance he will return to Brazil."
