Jose Calderon added 10 points and 10 rebounds, while Jamario Moon chipped in nine points and a career-high 14 boards for the Raptors. Chris Bosh had eight points and eight rebounds in his return to the lineup after missing the previous 10 games with a sore right knee.
Toronto, which is No. 5 in the East standings, set a franchise record with its 42-point margin of victory.
Cleveland leads the season series with the Raptors by a 2-1 margin, and has won five of six and 11 of the past 14 matchups. Toronto has dropped six in a row on the road in this series.
